Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Current and valid RN license with stepdown experience
• Proficient in clinical assessment and care management in stepdown settings
• Experience using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the hospital (local candidates not accepted)
• Flexibility to work winters holidays and adhere to specified time-off limitations
